    Refunds

    Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and covers defective items or items damaged in transit. Please email us at support@savvypetstore.com if you wish to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, return, or replacement.

    Returns (30-Day Money Back Guarantee)

    To be eligible for a return, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order. If eligible for a return, you will then be entered into our return system. We will then provide you with our return address and the proper instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.

    Please note: Any returns made without receiving proper authorization from us will not be accepted. If you refuse delivery upon the arrival of your order, your package will not be sent back to our proper business address, making your order ineligible for a refund.

    You may return any item that is in its original packaging and is unused within the time frame of 30 days or less since delivery. 

    Once we receive your returned item(s) we will then issue you a full money refund.

    Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their returned items.

    Replacements

    If your item(s) arrived damaged or had issues within 30 days of use, you may be eligible to receive a free replacement. Please contact us if you believe you need a replacement.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Savvy Pet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Savvy Pet will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

    Cancellations 

    You may cancel your order up to 2 hours after being placed. We are not able to cancel your order if it has already been processed and shipped. Please email your order number with the subject line “Cancellation” to support@savvypetstore.com to cancel your order.
