For the majority of countries our shipping times are around 8 - 14 business days.
*This does not include our 2-4 day processing time.
Processing & Handling
We quality check your items, process your orders, and securely package everything within 2-4 business days.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been fully processed and shipped out. Please allow 2-4 business days after placing an order to receive your tracking number. You can track your package every step of the way by entering in your tracking number on the Track Order page.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 12 hours after being placed. We are not able to cancel your order if it has already been processed and shipped. Please email your order number with the subject line “Cancellation” to support@savvypetstore.com to cancel your order.
